I'm on the road, without access to my PC. Someone has sent me a PPT (Powerpoint) file by email. Versamail has downloaded the attchment, but tapping on it brings up the mesaage that no application was found to handle this type of file. I have DTG with "slideshow to go" installed, which is supposed to handle PPT files.

Any idea how I can view the file? Any way to save the file to the SD card from Versamail?

If you click on the Icon (not the text of the attachment) you should see the option to save the file to disk. I've found that works sometimes for me.

Thank you! All this time and I didn't know this.

Probably because I use my fat fingers instead of the stylus to tap the screen.

DTG was able to open the file. I wonder why the file wasn't handled appropriately as an attachment ..
