Both good suggestions, but these are really for one's PC to access the internet through the Treo. To go the other direction (internet from the PC to the Treo), via cable (not reverse DUN), use Softick PPP.

Well, personally, I use what's called around here "BT Reverse DUN". I've been using the same setup that I used with my Tungsten T and T3 devices: Dean's Guide

I just want to confirm what I think I know, but there is no way to get DUN free using your hotsync cable. The only options are purchasing PDANet or using BT (and in my case purchasing a BT dongle for my laptop).

Is that correct or has anyone figured out how to connect via the hotsync cable via builtin in software on the Treo and Windows?

Why would anyone want to use the Internet on the Treo when you are sitting next to a computer already connected to the Internet?
