    Any help appreciated.

    For email attachment with .htm extensions, I can select to "beam" to Blazer. But Blazer doesn't seem to know what to do after it got the file with .htm extension.

    Whereas, .htm pages on web shows aok.

    Am I missing something? How come attachments with .htm is not showing...

    Thanks, Folks

    Hmmm...when I tap to open an htm attachment in Snappermail, one of the choices presented is "Open with Web"...which Blazer happily does.

    Which email client are you using? Also make sure that htm file types are associated with blazer. You can use a free util called getdeblu to set the file assoc.

    what exactly do you mean by "associations" and how would this help? Please try to be non technical.

    I did call palm support about this one and they didn't even know the awnser. They said they would get back to me tomorrow. there was a page on the palm site that claimed that blazer would do it though. It was in the product description section rather than the support section though so who knows if it's true.

    I have been wrestling with this problem for some time as I would like to have at least one non palm only document format that I can use without some form of converter idiocy.

    rtf=documents to go, pdf=acrobat "for palm", html=plucker.

    All require converters with special synch loaders, all convert to palm only formats for viewing. It means I can't actually upload anything to anyone without my PC on hand.

    FYI, there are native readers for rtf (Mobisystem Office) and pdf (Piscel). Search the forums for the latter.

    Regarding file associations. PalmOS has a file extension manager which basically associates certain file types with certain apps so that the OS knows which app to launch with certain files, just like on you desktop. I was suggesting that perhaps the reason why blazer, in the original poster's question, was not loading the htm files is b/c somehow blazer may have become 'dis-associated' with *.htm file types. There are various apps like SiEd fyi that are known to hijack files associations, thus my suggestions to check the file associations and perhaps re-assign them...

    In addition to the above suggested app, there are many other solution so manage you file associations like Resco Explorer (very powerful and best manager for palmos), receiveit, and media manager (toysoft)....

    Thanks all, when I was about to try the fixes, I tried again -- the association magically repaired itself...
