i got the treo600 about a week ago and still have not been able to sync it... i have tmobile so i have a 90 day warranty where i can talk w/ palm w/ no charges... i went to their tech support and they guided me through everything... i even ended up having to hard reset... in the end they said that my cable was most likely the problem.. and decided to send me another cable... i went throught the whole procedure again... uninstall.. restart.. reinstal... still doesnt hotsync.. im gonna have to call palm again i guess... but before i do.. does anyone have any suggestions?... i really dont want them to give me a refurbished one instead of my brand new one.. thanks...
