I dropped Treo today and broke the screen. After freaking out and trying to get it to work and finding I couldn't I went to the Verizon store. I do have insurance, thank God, so I ask about my insurance and was told to call a number to make my claim. I also was told that they overnight them to you. I made my call and made my claim. The Rep checked into getting me another phone only to find that they are on backorder. Has anyone else had to wait for a replacement? I already am suffering from Treo withdraw.
