    I was getting a weird "unknown" error when downloading licensed music. It all worked fine when I first installed PTune, played music, etc. When I went to update my licenses, I started getting the unknown error.

    Between email lag, etc. it took several days, but the Normsoft folks figured out a quick fix and everything works fine now.

    What was the fix? Telling us might help others.

    Yes, I getting the same issue with the Yahoo unlimited. It got too late last night and I wasn't able to fix it. Last resort I will email normsoft, but if there is a quick fix, even better.

    Darn, I thought I posted it here!

    Here is it from Normsoft:

    You need to delete any songs you have transferred. Then go into your card using a program like FileZ (available for free from www.palmgear.com) . Find this folder Palm/Programs/Pocket Tunes, delete the file that begins with store.hds .
