    I am on my second 650 after trying 3 600's. There are a couple of problems.
    1. I have trouble syncing, I have to press the button at least 3-7 times to get it to take. After it syncs, I get an error message saying my schedule didn't sync.
    2. My clients say the sound on their side is horrible. It's either breaking up or it sounds like I'm in a barrel. I have a bluetooth headset on the way, I'm hopping that will help.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    1. Make sure the cable is fully inserted. The 650 seems more finicky than the 600.

    2. This is not uncommon, especially with certain branded phones. Look for a program called VolumeCare, and make sure you have the latest firmware update installed.
