Hi Folks...

I am on my third Treo 650 and I was told by two reps that if my next replacement doesn't work they will refund my money which I bought direct from palm. Today I called and after an hour on the phone I got a phillipino tech support who told me they have a policy to not refund money. I recall seeing contact numbers here that people used to get their money back... does anyone have any of those numbers or emails that you used? I tried searching but come back with no results....
