Well, I am 4stocks addicted during the day. Yes, I probably peek at the market every 10 minutes.
    A suggestion if possible.
When I refresh, I generally "refresh all". Now if one has 30 or so stocks this could understandably take a ridiculously long time. The majority of the time, I am just interested in 3 or 4 market indices, so I have deleted individual stocks symbols. I would however like to keep individual stock symbols in the database in order to check periodically. Is it possible to add a "refresh selected" option, where one could just auto refresh a small number of symbols.

    Hi,

You can set a "favourites" list - look at the menu.

    Thanks.

The only option I see on the menu for specific symbols is "last used companies". I assume I'm missing something. (v1.21)

    That's the one I meant.

But I understand you are reffering to something else.
I will add it to my todo list.

    Thanks.

    Shimon:
Have you thought about adding a portfolio feature to 4stocks? One could indicate the number of shares of each stock and then see the current value of the portfolio.

    Hi,

    Yes - this was suggested.
But unfortunately I dont have the time to invest in what would actually mean a whole new application (as opposed to a $5 utility)...

I might get to it sometime in the future.

    Thanks.

    Fair enough.
Thanks for all your wonderful programs!
If a computer crashes in the forest and no one is on-site to download the error log, is the event documentable?
