Maybe it's easy for you guys to go into a store and buy a stereo adapter for Treo 650.

In my case is TOO MUCH complicated, because I live here in Brasil and THERE IS

NO adapter, believe me. I tried to use an ordinary one but it seems there is some kind of trick... I don't know.

    Could anyone help me here?

Some kind of instruction to make this adapter on my own.

    BIG thanks!!!

So why don't you just order one online and have it shipped????

How'd you buy your 650?? I'm guessing online....cause I live in the states and that's how I bought it.

Just buy the adapter online also....you can get a good one from the TreoCentral store: http://store.treocentral.com/content...73-75--337.htm.

The basic answer is you need a male jack to go into the treo (I think it is 2.5mm 3-conductor + ground), some kind of audio cable (with 2 conductors + ground), and a female socket for your headphones (3.5mm 2-conductor + ground). Then do a little experimenting to see which conductors from the treo go to the left and right headphones, and solder it all together.

If you want a LOT of information about how to make all kind of audio connectors, check out this thread at Head-Fi. Here's another thread on Head Fi where people post photos of what they've made. Good luck!

Did you just feel the need to cuss at me or something??

Can anybody translate that for me. I slept through most of my language classes. That's one of the main reasons I chose to go into an engineering/science field....no foreign language courses necessary!

    From babelfish.altavista.com:

You seeing soon that vc. never heard to speak of "jeitinho Brazilian"..... Plus a babaca foreigner...... p.s. the things are dificeis here, friend. It is not alone to enter in the store and to leave buying.... It has that to become first a juggling of caralho pra to find porra of the product and later ralar done one corno pra to pay!!!!! It is [f-word]..... - "I am Brazilian and I never do not give up"

    Clear as mud?
