My phone has been doing alot of resetting as of lately. I'm aware that most problems are usually software related and not hardware related. In order to find out what program is causing my problem I deleted all the newly put on programs and still the problem. I did a hard reset ant problem is still there. How do start fresh and put programs back on one at a time without losing all my data and without bringing back files that might be causing the confilcts in the programs? If I do a hard reset and hotsync it brings back the last sync I did to that user name. Any help would be appreciated. i have a Sprint 650 with a non-custom 1.12 rom

There is a HotSync backup folder on your PC that you should rename. That's where the prior data is coming from. For your old databases, you can sync those files back to your Treo once you've re-installed their associated programs. I'm sure someone else will chime in with more specific procedures, or you can search since this has been discussed before. If you dial ##377#, what error are you getting on the resets?

c drive - program files - palmone - your hotsync I'd - backup .... rename the backup folder to old backup or whatever you prefer and when you sync the apps won't come back because it creates a new backup folder....
The only time I ever made a mistake was when i thought I did and was mistaken.

    Memorymgr.c
    line:3752,Null handle

it only does this when I try to use the Today view of the calender. This worked fine before so I dont understand how this is one of the causes of the resets that im getting

While holding the red phone button, perform a soft reset. When the gray screen w/ the Palm logo appears, release the phone button.

Just for the records (maybe sometimes it helps somebody):

My Treo 650 did the same: Agendus (Pre, Pro, Std and different versions 9,11,13) caused the previously named reset over and over. But only in the Today view, the Contacts and other parts of Agendus ran perfectly.
After finding this thread I did what was suggested here and solved my problem.

I was curious, so I tried and (with a few hours of hard resetting, restoring and so) I located the one file that caused the reset.
    It was the "MIDI_Ring_Tones.PDB".

So now if I restore to the previous state and delete only this file, then Agendus runs OK.

Now I only have to find out which MIDI does the bad thing to Agendus.

    Hope I could help someone.
