    Hi,

I'm new here and new to Palm os. However, I've done a few searches and can't find what i'm looking for. I'm on OSX 10.3.9 with Treo 650 1.06ROW and I'm trying to figure out how to remove files that I've copied to both the internal RAM and an SD card. With the SD card, I have a roundabout method of loading the card in my digital camera and mountiing the image and deleting the files, however, I don't have a clue how to access the internal RAM. I copied a PDF file without really knowing that I was supposed to use the Acrobat tool. I used the drag and drop method and the hotsync which copied the files, but now i don't see them and I think they are still there somewhere.

Thanks, and sorry if this has been discussed previously.

    FileZ at www.nosleep.net

It is a freeware file manager for the Palm OS.

Be careful!! Only erase those things you are sure about!

    Cheers, Perry.

My problem is that I am afraid to delete anything. Any tricks on determining what is critical.

Exactly! You see all the files with this little puppy! And unless you know absolutely, I would err on the side of caution. If you are looking to gain space -- I would only use the delete (program) function that is part of the Palm OS.

I suppose, if you have BackUp Buddy with everything backed up to the SD card, you could erase something and always be able to get it back, but I would keep a log of what you erased to refer to for recovery purposes.

    DANGER! DANGER, Will Robinson! DANGER!

No conflicts but it seems to ignore a lot of things that are probably safe to delete.

No compatibility issues what so ever on the Treo 650.

Just the OMG, I wish I hadn't done that issues in using it.

    Cheers, Perry.
