    I searched but no luck. I'm using Eudora for email (it's free), but want up grade to Snapper for attachments.
    My email is through Christian.net. They have POP3 (I know it's old) and support SMTP. Here's the issue, I can't connect to my SMTP with Snapper but can with Eudora.
    My Eudora setup is Authinication "plain" and no SSL. What should my Snapper setup be to match this?
    Thanks for your help.

    I know you have probably done this, but make sure your spelling is correct for the smpt server, username, and password. (Sometimes I accidently type: spmt)
    Palm V-->Visor Deluxe-->Visor Prism-->Visorphone-->Treo 180-->Treo 600-->Treo 650 on Sprint-->Treo 700p-->Centro-->Diamond-->Pre-->HTC EVO 4g???!

    The SMTP server may require that you fetch before you send. To set this parameter, go to the edit accounts screen in Snapper and tap on "Server". Then tap the "More..." button and activiate the "POP before send" checkbox.

    In case that's not the issue, what is the error message that you're receiving?

    I have also tried checking the "pop before send" box. It didn't make a difference. And that's not even an option with Eudora, that I know of at least.

    I have triple checked my login and password and they are both right.

    Any help would be great, if I can solve this problem I'll buy Snapper.

    Thanks
