Anyone know of a to prevent access to information if your phone is lost or stolen? I remember a few Sanyo handsets have a capability to delete all data if it receives a particular text message or something. Any help would be great!!

I use Secret and Secret Desktop.

When picking a program to store sensitive data be sure to research the type of encryption they are using. I know the stuff used in Secret is tried and true.
