Can someone guide me to an answer to this if it is possible? I have a customer who uses MAC and I am looking for some answers for them. Thanks

Chatter with any imap server that supports the idle command. Most imap servers do this I would think.

The computer has nothing to do with it.

Chatter. I've heard that Verizon Wireless Sync does this as well.

Chatter, assuming (as is mentioned below) the customer uses an IMAP server that supports IDLE (.Mac mail does *not*, by the way).

Since he uses a Mac, a desktop redirector such as Verizon Wireless Sync won't work (unless he has access to a PC on which he can load it). Uh, also I guess he'd have to be a Verizon subscriber.

Versamail came on my install CD from Verizon. Otherwise, it's a simple shareware download.

Wireless sync doesn't run on the mac.
Versamail is not a push mail app and and it isn't shareware.

And it's not very good either.
