    A few days ago, my 650 started doing a soft reset every time I try to access my email via Versamail. Everything else seems fine. Any thoughts?

    I tried the first two solutions: 1. Deleted my Versamail databases; 2. Renamed the VersaMail folder. I'm still having problems. I think I've isolated the problem to my Exchange ActiveSync account. I have a POP email account that alone works fine. But, when I add the Exchange Server account and ActiveSync, I keep getting resets.

    I really don't want to have to go through a hard reset and start over, which is solutions #3....

    Or solution #4, use a different Email client...
