LOL you are more then welcomed... just one thing, before you start streamming on your 650, check the live feed status first since not all of them or the one you choice is up all the time (KLAX/KONT/SoCal Approach has a big downtime) and there is a 5 to 10 seconds delay on the 650 compare to PC but it's still a live feed lol.

    Have fun folks!

Is there only version 1.0? Can't find much about the program. Thanks

The greatest thing about the wireless connection is doing all the above while sitting on the potty. No wait, that is another thread. . .

I felt like I had to reply to this, as I am currently speaking into the great white ear.

The best use I have found is to listen to my music collection at home using PTunes Deluxe and gloonet (www.gloonet.com).

Yep, I have to agree that streaming music from your home pc to the Treo via gloonet is an awesome feature. Who needs a 10gb sd card when I can access my entire PC music collection wirelessly.

I agree gloonet is real cool but am I the only one who notices a significant decay in the sound quality?

I haven't noticed any decay in sound quality. Not sure if you know, but you can adjust the bit rate of the stream. This makes a significant difference on quality. I set the bit rate differently depending on if I'm streaming from PC to PC (e.g., my work laptop) or PC to Treo.

I played with the bit rates. Seem to have a catch 22 between sound quality or buffering.

Gloonet? I've never heard of this before. The above link just goes to a login page and when clicking on the support option it gives you some basic info. Not too many screenshots or anything. I'm gonna try this today. I have like 100 gigs of music on my computer. If only I could access them through my Treo...

I thought Win-Hand was free? It hasnt prompted me for a code or anything but maybe I haven't used it long enough.

I'm amazed at how many creative things people have found to do with their connection. I wonder if I can order pizza from my Treo. haha. This would be for like the extremely lazies since you can obviously just call them.

Wrestling with gloonet is worth it. My 1 gig card always seems to have the songs I don't want to hear. Gloonet basically works like shoutcast with p-tunes. You won't be getting any screen shots. There is another thread that is more helpful. Do the search. Its worth it.

I have a flickr account and a Blogger blog. I can email photos from my treo to flickr and have them automatically turned into a blog entry on Blogger. I kinda like that.

To me by far the coolest app is iPedia. This app access Wikipedia database to give you an online encyclopedia that is very up-to-date in the palm of your hand.

    http://www.arslexis.com/palm/ipedia/encyclopedia.html

Directory Assistant is the second most useful app for me.

    order pizza from my Treo

be careful what you ask for. I haven't tried it, but here's a link.

Not sure why it would't just be easier to call them 99%of the time though.

I order pizza online all the time. For a few reasons:

    1. I live in a primarily-Spanish-speaking community and I don't speak but a few words (three of which are not nice).

    2. I always call when the place is busy and am sick of being put on hold.

    3. I can see what I'm ordering and not have to listen to someone ramble on about the specials.

I have Land Air Sea Live GPS tracking devices installed on my fleet of company vehicles. I can log on anywhere I have service and find each and every one of my employees...I am still finding new benefits to this everyday!
