Has anybody measured or has an idea (or estimate) as to how much monthly bandwidth verichat will consume assuming it is kept online for 24 hours a day? Assume also that it won't accept or send files and that YM and MSN will only be used for typical social communication which should be composed of 30 to a maximum of 50 short messages. I asked because the cost of GPRS here in the UK is very expensive.

Any software you can suggest to measure bandwidth usage?

It's another IM client, but Causerie (http://www.mantragroup.com/causerie.htm) has a Data transfer screen so you can see how much data is being used.. you could trial it and see what you get, I assume it would be about the same as Verichat

There is a nice network traffic monitor by normsoft called TrafficStat. You can download a free trial here: http://www.normsoft.com/trafficstat/ and see how much traffic VeriChat generates.

Unless it has been updated, it does not work on 650.
