    i currently have a treo 600.
i purchased the stereo adapter from the treo website.
i am trying to connect my palm through my car deck through the auxillary jack using the stereo adapter and a 3.5mm wire ti utilize my palm as an mp3 player.
problem is, i can't seem to get it to work.
am i missing something? doing something wrong? options to change? is this even possible?
would be greatful for some help.
    thanks all!

You need a booster of sorts Something technical about impedence, or kryptonite poisoning. Actually it's a type of splitter that makes things work. I got mine at Radio Shack. So it goes... Treoadapter, Splitter, the my cassette adapter.

Unless you need to plug more than one device in at a time, this is one that does same thing. It's mentioned in some other threads.
