Get the Chaupura conduits. They solved my problem. I like the Keysuite but it is expensive. Pocket Mirror pro may fix the problem as well. keysuite fixed mine (I have Outlook 2003 also).

Why should someone have to purchase a thirf party app to sync with Outlook 2003, why the Palm Outlook conduits work flawlessly. In fact they work better and sync more info than does a PocketPC with ActiveSync. I would suggest re-installing the palm software from the provided cd and selecting the sync with Outlook option. Also depending on the ROM version you use, you may have to apply the outlook patch available on palmone.com. If you have the Sprint, or unlocked GSM version that is running the latest and greatest firmware, you should not need this patch.

I use the Palm Outlook conduits with Outlook 2003, and find them to work great!

Something is borked with your Palm installation. I would uninstall & reinstall it, then try a hotsync. If Outlook still won't sync, you may need to uninstall & then remove the Palm registry entries before reinstalling. Either way, you don't need a 3rd party app.
