Hi all, i just wanted to know if ringo really is stable or not. I want to have custom ring tones for people in my contacts list but i dont want to purchase a program that wont be able to work correctly.....

Which programs you think i should use? Or is ringo the best option for stabability?

Your mileage may vary. Works for some, not for others.
    Same with LightWav...

Ringo has been stable for me. I have had it for several weeks and it works great.

It is stable, and their latest version fixes many problems. There is only one outstanding issue and it is not with Electric Pcket themselves but a 3rd party developer, but it does not make Ringo unstable.

Hell I even think the MP3 ringback thingy is going with the latest version.

One with EPSpeak after a reset. The announce feature needs to be bounced to work properly again, if not your ringers will get screwed.

It is not stable for many of us. See the other threads about Ringo's latest update and also the Sprint update and Ringo.
Well, it isn't perfect and it makes me crazy, but I still do love my Treo!
