    I know how to save webpages and all but is there a way to view them offline?

    In Blazer click Menu - Page - Save Page Address

    In Blazer: Menu > Page > Save Page (saves it for offline viewing.)
    Xiino: Menu > Page > Save To Card (saves the page to the SD Card.)

    Xiino will not ask you to go online every time you fire it up, unlike Blazer which insists on being online.

    In addtion to use xiino, blazer etc... another option is to use webpage cliping (html) viewer like plucker or isilo:
