    Tried to updat ean get the endless update then reset loosp some have got. Called Cust service and they said try to Hard reset, Told them I have soft, warm and hard reset many times with no luck. They said take it to a sprint store they have no solution.

    So don't waste your time calling them

    Ok, this is how I got mine to work.

    Opened windows explorer, found my Treo folder and located my user folder. Renamed my user.

    Did a hard reset and installed the update. when Installing update I used the username I normally did so it created a folder with that name. After I updated to 1.12 I deleted the new user and renamed the old one to the right name. Do a hotsync and your all good to go!

    I hope this helps anyone with this issue...
