I just bought this product, I really like it so far for all it's features however the one simple thing I really want to be able to do is be able to write with the stylus pen on some type of pad in which the 600 will recognize what letter it is and enter it onto the screen, is this possible? So far all I can use is the keyboard...the stylus almost seems pointless...

Hmm, I wondered the same thing. I tried several handwriting reccie hacks but ended up ditching Grafiti for the keyboard. Sad I know. The Treo 600 in a case is almost completely useable if you learn the ins and outs of the rocker pad. And I was really getting good at getting a T instead of an F.

You can find some good stuff at my Treo page, hope it helps. Welcome to convergence!

Well the keyboard does a lot.

You might look at Grafitti Anywhere. I don't use it much.

I'm at work right now and forgot the manual, how do I get access to this "rocker" pad??

Diddlebug is a cute little program that is good for jotting down something you want to remember. You write directly on the screen with your stylus. It also has an alarm feature I use sometimes for an alarm clock.
