Hinge broke on my 300 so they sent me a 600..awesome. So I'm supposed to mail the 300 back. I don't want to send it back until I have everything whiped. I was able to manually delete everything except the calender..that won't go away. I always thought letting it go dead would make everything disappear as it has before but that ain't happening. How do I do this?

Tried that, doesn't do anything but reset it.

    Hi,

Hard Reset (Pin in the back of Treo) and as it boots up (Palm Screen) hold the power switch (also ON/OFF for Wireless Mode) then release... It should ask if you wish to delete ALL data... Use the up button (as noted on screen) to delete all added data...

Nothing happens when I do as you described. It just resets as usual holding the power button and releasing has no effect at all.

    Hi,

Not sure what to say... With the Lid Open (I assume this is how you "rebooted" the TREO) I got it to prompt to delete ALL Data, EVERY Time.

I'd make sure your power switch AND the Keyboard are working properly...
