    Hi,
    I installed it in the main memory(not the sd card) I can sse very well, but can't hear anything!
    Anyone can help me? I have a Treo 650

    Go into the Prefs and change the audio settings. There are 3 controls there. Slide the settings over to the right and go back to the movie and it should raise the volume up.

    Did you install the mp3 plugin that's included?

    also, if u play the movie on your desktop, does it play sound?

    I have the same problem. I get "Error: Player: Audio coded (0011) not supported by the player!" I assume this is telling me why I don't have sound.

    What does this mean, or better yet, what should I do to fix it?
