Is there a way to determine what items are in the delete screen, Applications I can figure out but some of the other names I have no clue so how can tell if they are ok to delete?

You need a file management program.

Without having specific knowledge on what a paticular file does (or is for) I would be very hesitant to delete it.

If you must -- the old trial and error method -- seems to be an alternative. Do a full back up. Do a hard reset -- create a test user -- and play in that environment.

Why do you want to delete files you have no knowledge about? Trying to save space? There are better ways. Get an SD card and a launcher program. You can save 4mb if you are using Docs To Go by getting their Dataviz tool. (See the "Free Some Memory" thread under General Software.)

This is the database for the Earthlink Access # lookup software. It has a round earth (globe) icon and is called Access 3. So to delete it I suggest deleting Access #s too.
