I want to buy a treo 650 case with a belt clip. Which ones do you guys recommend? Also, if anyone currently owns or has seen this case, tell me what you think. http://www.senacases.com/catalog/Pal...p-1-c-319.html
    Thanks.

    Thanks.
I use both of the Treo Sena cases depending my work situation and I love them. I probably favor the open face one the most. Although the leather is thin, it's holding up well. The cases fit the Treo like a little handmade glove. The open face case will also allow you to use your Treo in the cradle, something most cases will not do.

My review for the Sena case starts on 3-23-05 http://pdaphonehome.com/forums/showt...0&pagenumber=3

Just for the fun of it I have bought and returned, or have had manufacturers donate so far about 14 cases for reviews. Theres a lot of good information in the whole thread.

But I second treo2die4, Nutshell is the best of the best

I have not seen your review of cases prior to your post. Appears to be good info there, but I have to disagree on the Sena cases. I have not had any of the problems you described and pictured, so I'm a little surprised. When I first got mine, I was a little disappointed in the clip as you discussed, but I emailed their support dept. about something else and then mentioned the clip disappointment. They responded and told me they had modified the clip and actually sent me two new ones. They are still just a little thicker than the clip I was previously using with my Krusell case, but not by much. Perhaps 1/8" to 3/16" more.

I have to agree that the leather is very thin, but it is holding up very, very well. All the cutouts fit perferctly as well. The section just underneath the screen cutout does tend to slip down a little at times on the right-hand side, but I only need to push up slightly and it's again out of the way. However, even when down, it does not interfere with pressing the Menu key.

The only negative I have about the flip cover case is that it seems the magnet is not quite strong enough. I sometimes find it open, but I haven't nailed the problem down exactly. All the times I've found it open, I had also had been putting my briefcase on and off my shoulder and I suspect that caused it. I think perhaps if the magnet was a little stronger that might not happen, but not sure.

Out of all the cases/holsters I've tried (5), this has and is the best. I've not tried the Nutshell case, but it appears to be a good one as well.

I'm glade that case works for you, absolutely everyones likes and dislikes are different. The case manufacturers are getting rich on all us unfortunate souls going through 5 and 6 different cases to find one we like.

I like Piel Frama's cases. A little expensive, but they are of the best quality. They look great too.
I usually search for them on eBay, and find them cheeper there.

I went for the Innopocket hard case. I don't use the belt clip.

It does kinda look like a bad prop from the original Star Trek. But, it really puts a fortress around my Treo.

Keeping a lookout for the magnesium double hinged hard case from Innopocket.

I noticed that magnesium case was still MIA. So that innopocket case is inexpensive, how solid is it, could it handle a 4 foot drop on concrete? Why dont you use the belt clip? Im thinking hard about getting that one. Is it difficult to use with the door flipped open? If you hang it off you belt does it pull your pants down? What dont you like about the aluminum case that may be better with the magnesium case?

Can you actually fit a few business cards in the Piel Frama case? I've tried it with some others but the cards get beat up or just don't fit.
