I was trying BtToggle and had been experiencing the kinds of things talked about here and here. I didn't find it very helpful, but I didn't delete it. Following numerous crashes over several days, I decided to look at my Crash! log, and what do you know, about 2/3 of them were triggered by BtToggle. I deleted it, and crashes are way down. Because BtToggle wasn't enabled, I didn't think of it as a cause of conflicts, but apparently it was.

I know every system is unique and set up in its own way, but just thought I'd mention this, FWIW.

I'm thinking if you use a launcher, you can add the OEM Bluetooth app to the main screen.
