Just thought I'd pass this on...

The VCA Application of the Year, QuickSheet 5.0, is available at a 25% savings (29.95 vs 39.95) from Cutting Edge Software for the month of October.

The following is from their press release:

Since July, Quicksheet has received honors from two of the leading publications covering the new Palm Economy. In July, The Piloteer awarded Quicksheet with its "2000 Award of Excellence," and in September, VisorCentral.com, the leading online resource for owners of Handspring Visor handheld computers, recognized Quicksheet as its "Application of the Year."
The VCA award prompted me to try the 15-day demo which impressed me very much. When I saw the price savings last night, I ordered it!

Thanks, I missed the same deal that they had that expired
8-31-00 and had been hoping they would do it again.

    MarkEagle,

Did you do a comparison of both products? I definitely prefer the interface in TinySheet although QuickSheet seems to have synching more sorted out though.

I'm trying to decide which one to purchase.

I tried TinySheet way back when I got my Visor. Honestly, I can't even remember using it . The syncing in QuickSheet is ultimately what I went for. Now, if they could only do the same thing for SmartDoc...

Great, just bought it last week. Figures it would be on sale this week.

I've tried both, and rushed out to buy Quicksheet. Powerful, and the QuickChart that it comes with is a real handy tool.

As for word processing, I use Palm Docs. A little clunky to move data from your Palm device back to your desktop app, but I really can't live without it. Nice to be able to write trip reports while sitting in the airport without pulling out the laptop.
What if your sole purpose in life is to serve as a warning to others?
