    In addition to my overall sync problem just posted in another message, when I do get the sync going, Outlook is not properly syncing. I check contact records modified on the Treo and the changes do not appear on the PC. I check memo records modified on the PC and the changes do not appear on the Treo. I'm just using the basic sync software that came with the Treo, I have not purchased or tried any 3rd party software. Anyone else having this problem?

    At this point I'm wondering if the solution is to switch to the Mac!

    What does the Hotsync log say for such a sync session?

    I had this problem too and i agree check to see what you hotsync log says. I called Palm and they walked me though my hotsync problem. Turns out I couldn't sync offline and that was fixed so now it works fine.
