    Every time I try and get into my Docs to Go it keeps doing a soft reset. Any ideas? Should I try and re-load the software?

    Get the tech tool from the dataviz website. This program installed on the palm will let you delete preferences and document caches. These are normally the cause of the problem.

    that tip about the tech tool is exactly right. I followed the suggestions on their support website, deleted the prefs and cached data, as rouxdoo says, and it instantly fixed the problem. I even told someone else about it the very next day, as they were having the same issue. They thought I was so smart. Little do they know....
