I want to change the number of times the phone rings before it switches to voice mail and I can't find how to do that. Currently it stops after three rings.

This is a carrier specific network issue. I seem to recall that, on some carriers, it can be changed. You'll have to call your carrier and work through their tech support levels until you find someone knowledgeable, however.

    Good luck,

Actually you may not have to call your carrier, depending on who it is. Go to www.howardforums.com and go to your carriers forum. Some codes for doing what you want are located there. I'm on Cingular and that's where I got mine. Just do a search for "number of rings before voicemail" in the appropriate forum and you should be able to find it.
