    I have the same settings as I use on my Outlook Express in terms of the incoming and outgoing servers. While using the chatteremail I am getting all of the email but when I try to send anything out it doesnt seem to work. Using Sprint network and a Treo 650

    IMAP SERVER: t.imap.itd.umich.edu

    then under SMTP Profile, for SERVER: smtp.itd.umich.edu

    is this correct? I have tried a bunch of different ways, this is the way I believe should be correct but it is still not working...

    HELP????

    Does your SMTP server require authentication? If so, you will need to check the box that says to use the same authentication as POP.
