    It seems that my "unsaved preferences" file is corrupt. I am getting some soft resets prior to the deletion of the file. Once I delete the file the soft resets stop, but for those of you who have deleted this file know, once you delete it some of your apps will lose their registration ad you will lose your hotsync ID.

    Is there a way to "easily" recover once this file is deleted?

    Hotysnc. The file is created anew each Hotysnc.
