    Marc,
    Using 1.0.4rc2

I have a file with a 1meg attachment. I downloaded and saved the attachment to my card. That worked fine.

Now everytime I try to delete the file it gives me the move to the trash failed prompt.....ok button........then reset phone.

I tried deleting another file...no problem.

One other minor issue. Whenever I lose my sprint signal and then try to reset my connection in chatter it hangs on signing on forever. The only way I can get it to sign on to the server is to turn the radio on then off again.

Like I said, no big deal on issue two really, but I definitely need to problem solve the deleting email issue.

Any help would be much appreciated.
    Thanks....

So it's just a particular piece of mail, then? What is a "move to the trash failed" prompt?

the pop up "chatteremail info" --info says "move failed, folder:INBOX.Trash"
The pop up also has an ok button. Once I press the button, it resets the phone.

Can you send a log? And is it an individual piece of mail, or all mail?

it is an individual piece of mail.

I have no idea how to go about sending a log. I'm sure its in the chatter manual but if it is easily explained...I can do it right now.

I just sync'd my treo to my laptop also.

I will try to get to this tonight.
If I can't will the log be overwritten or lost by tommorrow?
Where do you want me to send the log to?

Sorry if I am asking easily discoverable questions that are probably answered on the FAQ's and what not. I'm juggling between business and pleasure (treo tinkering)

You type "log" (without quotes) in the console (it's a menu command) to turn on and the same thing to turn it off. Beware... the log will grow in size VERY quickly to several MBs. Suggest you turn it on, try to delete the mail, then after the phone does the reset, turn logging off. Type "bug" in the console to send a bug report... you describe the bug then select option to attach the log. Press ok and it sends to Marc if online or, I believe, with next sync if qsync or manual syncing.

Marc, I asked the question about why to use the console and not just make extra menu commands. It seems that I see a lot of questions about doing this (ie; logging, bug reports) that might be eliminated by adding those options to the menu... just seems self-explanatory and it might really eliminate you taking time and energy to reply to these requests. Though the info can be found in the user's manual, the lack of a table of contents might make skimming through all 60 pages a deterant for some. I know you are only one guy doing all the work and it is great work My thought would be that eliminating the console and making menu commands might actually save you time on the support end in the long run.

Yeah, I'm just trying to keep the menus simple. I hope to add to the FAQ so it becomes a more widely-used resource.
