With all the folks upgradig to 650s, I thought I would look for a like-new 300 or 600. If all I want to do is calendar/phone book/phone (no internet or phone etc), will I be okay witha 300, or should I get a 600? Reliability is a big issue fo me.

If that's all you want, I'm sure you could find something much smaller.

Unless someone makes a deal you can't refuse on a 300, I'd pop for the 600. My son uses my old 300 as a pda since the battery was always running down when used as a phone as well. But there is a big leap in techology from the 300 to the 600.
Having the 600 will always allow you the option of activating the phone/data feature & you'll have a great device that many of us are loyal to.

One other thing to consider- Lid vs No Lid.

    I don't know...
I feel I need to get my Capt. Kirk on from time to time. Imagine that.

If you don't want the phone element, I would go for an original Tungsten, T1.

It's smaller, Hi res colour and can do it all.
    Thought of the day :
No sense being pessimistic, it probably wouldn't work anyway

Sorry for my garbled post. . I meant to say that I use the PDA and the phone, but don't need the CAMERA or any internet access. Just looking for the phone and PDA functions.
