    sorry for the newb question....how to do a soft reset, but dont know how...

    take off the battery cover and use the stylus in the whole that marked reset..
    The only time I ever made a mistake was when i thought I did and was mistaken.

    did you find it yet? If not, remove the battery cover and inset the pointy end of the stylus into that teeny tiny hole on the left of the battery.

    You can also download programs that do nothing but let you warm reset from an on screen button tap so you don't have remove the battery cover. I use it fequently to fix the memory fragmentation problem.
