I am trying to find an application or suite of applications that will allow me to enter information once and have it go into the various places I need it. For example, if I insert a trip in a mileage application, I also want it noted on the calendar. If I call someone, I want it noted on the calendar. If I spend money and enter it in the cash managment program, I want it to also be reflected in the calendar that I was in the place where I spent the money. I also want it to be a contact manager ala ACT or Goldmine. Am I asking for too much? Appreciate the help.
