    I am having an intermittent problem with BT Hotsync. I initiate Hotsync and after a brief attempt at "Connecting", I get an error that the COM port is in use by another application. To my knowledge, I did not change anything on my desktop to cause this. I've tried removing the BT serial port and then adding it again (but when re-added, my desktop gives me the message that another app is using COM4). I've also tried disabling COM4 via Device Manager and re-enabling...no luck. Any tips to troubleshoot this?

    Just looking for a trend here, but do you use Softick Card Export by any chance?
