This morning at work (Alviso, CA) I'm getting 135kbps on the 200K test.
At home (south) San Jose, CA I'm getting 130-140kbps on the 200K test.
The results at http://www.dslreports.com/mspeed?results=1 also look much better than they have over the past month (A lot lower concentration of 1kbps-20kbps)

    Just worth mentioning:
The 100K and 50K test come in slower. This is because there is an initial pause right at the beginning of the test that adversly affects the average download speed. The longer the test runs, the more it pulls the average up.
So if we were to take the kbps of the test running and were able to thow out that initial pause, I think I'm actually getting 10-20kbps higher than the test reads.
