    My Versamail is making my Treo 650 do soft rests. It happens the same way every time. I am scrolling down my emails and if I click on one with an attachment and receive the following error message it causes the problem.

    The error message is:

    M Data Err:
    ERROR_NO ENTRIES_FOUND


    When I click on "OK", the same error message reappears again. When I click on "OK" the second time, the Treo 650 does a soft reset.

    Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what is the fix?

    I would do a select all on the account and select delete (but not from server). THen empty the trash.

    If that still causes a problem, try deleting the account through the conduit then do a HotSync. Then re-create the account.

    I haven't had the same problem but one of those two should work for you.
