I think thats about it. It doesn't support other formats like divx, wmv etc...

what media player do you have??? The only player that came with my Unlocked GSM Treo 650 is "Real Player".

Can someone HELP ME get a 3GPP player?!?! I tried using a trial version of Kinoma & that didn't work. All it did was automatically search my internal & external (SD Card) memory for media formats it can play and it just pulled up the JPG's (uggh) !!! It didn't find my mpg video files.

So now I'm using MMPlayer (ver 0.2.11) & it works great! It can play MPG & AVI videos seamlessly, but not 3GPP. I have a few 3GPP files that I would love to play & can't. What can I use???

The 650 has a picture app that can also view videos.
For Kinoma and most apps the videos need to be placed in specific locations on your SD card.

Someone posted, actually 2 people did that they dropped a .wmv into quick install, installed it and they watched it. I think they may be full of it though. Cuz it didn't work for me and I would imagine this would have been tried a long time ago. But there are some great progs that convert .wmv's into .3gp in a snap. And they even make them smaller.
