I am interested in uninstalling my current installation of Palm Desktop (originally installed from Handspring Treo 600) and then reinstalling Palm Desktop from the Treo 650 CD to clean things up a bit. What is the best process to do this with respect to getting all the 3rd party conduits that are installed back into HotSync properly? Do I have to reinstall all the apps with 3rd party conduits to get them to work again properly?

    Thanks,
    Keith

Yes - use the Windows uninstaller in Control Panels Add remove programs. This leaves behind your user data folders. It also happens to leave behind any third-party conduits (these are DLLs in your PalmOne or Handspring folder). I suspect you may have to reinstall some of your third-party conduits although most of them if they are simple will simply reregister when you reinstall HotSync Manager.
