My current Sprint cellphone is dyign , so I am looking to consolidate to a Treo. I am looking to use this as a "quick and dirty" location for emails, contacts, etc when traveling (rather than dragging out my laptop).

I am looking for a suggetion based on the following fact set -

    - small company of 5 where I am the IT admin, sales forces, accountant etc.
    - In the proces of accquiring exchange 2003 to replace current POP service (already using outlook as client)
    - checkpoint VPN/firewall
    - currently envision only one user for remote email / treo access (me)
    - absolutely need to synch at least 5 subfolders
    - primary personal computer is laptop
    - no sprint contract, so I can move to Cingular if better solution

I have looked at Sprint & Cingular's in house solutions, along with the versmail and Goodlink. Is there a better product available? If so, please let me know why.

    Thanks for the help

What is it about GoodLink, outside of the 5 user minimum (which can be worked around) that has you looking for another solution?

    The five user minimum...

The business may have another user within the next year or two. That's it.

Are you recommending the enterprise or personal solution? If the personal solution, can the client support VPN to get to the Outlook interface?

We have a way to set you up for less than 5 users. If you are interested, PM me.

I was told Aileron could not do OWA, that this was still in beta, by Aileron tech support. Is this inaccurate?
