I need some help. I tried a search and couldn't find the answer. I suspect the answer is very simple.

I have a Fortuna Clip-on Bluetooth GPS receiver that I want to use with my Treo 650. I cannot seem to get the GPS unit to connect with the 650.

I have successfully added the GPS unit to my list of trusted Bluetooth devices on my Treo. The Treo 'sees' the GPS unit just fine but it doesn't establish a connection. On this GPS unit a blue LED lights up when it is connected. What am I missing?

I have used this GPS unit with my PPC and all I have to do is go into the BT Manager on the PPC and click on the GPS unit and bingo it connects. Then I can launch my mapping software and off I go.

I figured it out. First add GPS unit to trusted devices, then launch Mapopolis, chose BT GPS in GPS settings, and then start GPS. The Treo will then automatically pair with the GPS unit. Works great.
