Is this a new product? I doesn't appear to be available yet. I wonder what the price will be and if it'll be any good for that price. If it's $100 or more I can only assume the Sony 660 would still be a better buy:

    The Treo Wireless Headset

Ultra-lightweight (5.95 oz), it fits comfortably over the ear, and a single multifunction button controls calls, redials numbers, mutes the microphone, and more.
    Compatibility
    • The Treo Wireless Headset works with the Treo 650 smartphone and other third-party mobile phones.
    • Bluetooth 1.2 compliant

Well, one would assume that it would a least work well with the Treo 650 vs. any number of random slight incompatibilities that some others have. The real question will be how much and is it worth it.
From all of the reading I've done on here, I'm afraid to buy ANYTHING except the Sony 660 or the Scala 500. I got the Scala 500 because it's relatively cheap and from what others said, really has no problems and I can't justify the Sony for how much I use it although the 660 appears to be the best.
If this Treo one is under $75, it might just be worth it otherwise I'd just go for broke and get the Sony if I was spending more than $80, you know what I mean?

Mytreo store has them in stock. I ordered one this morning and should have it tomorrow. Price was $74.99.

    From the specs..

Compatible with most Bluetooth mobile phones that support the Headset and/or Hands-free profiles and Bluetooth 1.1 or higher
Having a headset that supports more than one version of BT allows the headset to work with future updates using the latest version of BT if that happens...

I look forward to your comments. Please let us know what you think and if you've used any other bluetooth headsets or if this is your first.
At $75 it's squeeks in just at the top price I said I'd pay for something like this, as I said in a previous post. Any more expensive and I'd just go for broke and get the sony 660. But if this one's good, then it seems appropriately priced compared to other BT headset prices.
