    I am having a issue when doing a hotsync, I am freezing up on "Backing up PhoneCallDB". Has anyone else experienced this? It just started yesterday, so I deleted my backup folder on my PC (GM/Backup) and it seemed to work. But on the next sync, it did it again. So my only conclusion is hotsync is trying to backup something that is running, doesn't exist, or is corrupt. Any ideas?

    Do you have the phone on when hotsyncing? I know that some backup utilities do not work properly when the phone is on.

    Yes, the phone is on when I sync. Actually I just started using a program called "Directory Assistance" yesterday. This could be causing an issue also. I will try to sync with the phone off. Thanks.
