    Ok, tried to get support for a repair/replacement via PalmOne's website. Upon typing my S/N in, I was told I had a Treo with a Serial Number that was not yet in their system and told call tech support.

    So I've now been on hold for over 90 mins. Any suggestions?

    I've got an unlocked GSM treo.

    My initial thought is that you might have typed in the s/n incorrectly, i.e. using a "0" in place of an "o" and/or vice versa.

    Thanks.. I did that. I got a message saying the SN was invalid.

    So, I got to 121 minutes, 14 seconds and the Treo overheated and hung up
