    I received my unlocked GSM T650 last Friday. I immediately noticed that if I press hard enough on the outside edges of the screen, the screen stops responding.

    I noticed this because I purchased a case that attaches to the outside edges of the screen. Once I had the case on, I couldn't use the touchscreen.

    Anyway, I was getting ready to send it back for replacement and I dropped the T650. Now it has some scratches on it and I'm afraid if I send it back they will tell me the touchscreen doesn't work because I dropped it.

    Anyone have any experience dealing with P1 to return a defective T650?

    I don't know about p1, but if you go to a sprint store, the may accept the return. The only problem is you get a refurbished unit. I just returned mine and they game me one that had flaws in the screen. I was upset. I got them to order one from p1 (itís still refurbished one though). I paid full retail; I wish they would just give me a new one.

    I doubt the Sprint store will be of much help with the GSM T650.
